Our homes are designed and built to be efficiently run using less energy and from materials purchased from sustainable sources.

We are committed to managing our activities so as to minimise pollution, reduce waste production and to dispose of any waste generated in a proper, controlled manner. Effective purchasing and subsequent storage and management of materials ensures minimal waste production.

Mud focus is centred on re-cycling and suitable materials are processed on site for use in the construction of roads, drainage and general fill material. Surplus material generated on site is often used as part of pre planned landscaping schemes.

Many of our sites have been brownfield, requiring remediation and the processing of contaminated material. In all cases professional advice is taken to ensure the requirements of Building Regulations, Local Statutory Authorities and the NHBC are met.
