Of course, you can personalise your homes even further – though a good choice of colours and fittings is included in the price – at our Options Centre. You might prefer chrome light fittings or brass door handles or want to add extra TV and telephone sockets, a burglar alarm or a dishwasher. We’ve been helping people choose the right house for a number of years. It can seem a daunting process but we’re on hand to help you through every stage. We have a team of solicitors who can guide you through the conveyancing process using ordinary, everyday language. We have mortgage advisors who will explain your options, simply and clearly; no hidden costs.
